The about section of a website is the classifieds of the digital world; the cover letter of the job hunt process. A necessary tool that gives oneself a chance to shamelessly self promote with verbose promises and claims. That works well for the consummate sales and marketing pitch man. For some of us though, our past work and network of positive referrals are what we have. I have spent my career working to ensure everyone I work with has a better experience then if I was not involved. All of the work I have done in recent years has been afforded me by positive referral, earned through the relationships I have built along my way.
When working on a brand or marketing program, my challenge is to find the balance and efficiency in attaining goals, like at 5-Hour where we had to sample a high amount of bottles but with an actual interaction on every bottle. Goals are also often rapidly changing and the only way to successfully manage that is to be as efficient as possible while also delivering above the expectation on execution. The execution can only be as good as the planning, which is why it is important for me to be immersed in the program, taking a passionate interest in my efforts and in the program. I have had the chance to share my passion for consumer engagement, marketing, and brand management with a lot of great partners, brands I supported before working for them and long after. Some of those details can be found below and are shared throughout the galleries of projects, though it is just a small sampling.

Bringing our national brand activations to life in business critical ‘must-win’ markets, translating national strategies to the local and regional level and working with the Brand Teams to amplify the local impact from a participation, rate of sale and consumer awareness perspective. Working closely with the cross-functional teams including sales, brand management, and regional partners to ensure the smooth execution of major National Marketing Programs.

Managing the creation of fully immersive consumer experiences for multiple brands has been an exciting element of my time at match. Working on programs from brainstorming sessions to reconciling budgets and recapping, owning a program for a client from beginning to end. I have worked on accounts for McLaren Automotive, Progressive Insurance, and adidas.
5-Hour ENERGY - field marketing manager
I launched the Colorado market for their field marketing program and had the pleasure of creating custom programming that was implemented all throughout the program. We sampled over 300,000 bottles in our inaugural year and our local team was constantly pulled into other markets to assist with events.
Red Bull - field marketing specialist
Working in Colorado for the top energy drink in the world was an amazing opportunity. We were at the forefront of building brand awareness and culture in a market built on active lifestyles. From national events passing through, to working on hill at some of the largest ski resorts in North America, there was never a dull moment.
